1. Paper towels in the restroom.
2. Faucets that turn on and off by hand. Sometimes, it's nice to have a good flow of water without having to worry about hand positioning.
3. Bowls of Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate squares next to the ice water dispenser. Yum! Free!
